Description
Amber makes the smell warm and a little sweet, over a woody, resiny base from the oud. It fills the room slowly and holds for a long time. Best on a cold night, when you want the house to feel a little warmer. The coziest of all.

Included in the box
Your Nurial comes as the two parts that make up the burner. The base holds the controls and the display, and takes the power. The removable top sits on it and holds your bakhoor, with a steel container inside and a metal lid on top. The two click together, and the top lifts off whenever you want to load it, carry it, or clean it.
You also get a cleaning cotton and a small brush. The cotton wipes down the container, and the brush clears the lid, so you can keep it clean from the very first day.
Care & maintenance
Let it cool, lift out the steel container, and wipe it with the cotton. Nothing burns, so there is no ash, just a quick wipe between blends. Use the brush to clear the lid so the scent flows freely.
Wipe the body with a dry cloth. Do not put the base or the body in water. Kept dry, it stays as good as new for years.

FAQ
Does it come with bakhoor?
No. The burner ships on its own, with a cleaning cotton and a small brush. You add your own bakhoor, or pick one of our oud blends: Rose, Musk, Saffron, Sandalwood or Amber. Any bakhoor, muattar or oud chip works on the plate.
Will it work with my plug?
Yes. It plugs into the wall and runs on mains power. It works on universal voltage and ships with the right plug adapter for your country, so there is nothing extra to buy.
Does it actually smoke?
No. It heats the bakhoor instead of burning it, so you get the scent with no charcoal smoke and no haze. It will not set off a smoke alarm.
Is it safe around kids?
There is no open flame, no charcoal and no ash, and it powers off on a timer. The top does get warm while it is heating, like any burner, so keep it out of little hands while it is on. But there is no fire or hot coal to worry about.
